RCSB Protein Data Bank delivers experimental 3D structure data to millions of users. 1 million Computed Structure Models are now available alongside experimental data. RCSB Data API enables access to these predictions alongside PDB archive data.

All submitted data are reviewed by expert biocurators and, once approved, are made freely available on the Internet under the CC0 Public Domain Dedication. Global access to the data is provided by the websites of the wwPDB member organisations (PDBe, PDBj, RCSB PDB, and BMRB).

The Protein Data Bank (PDB) is an archive of experimentally determined three-dimensional structures of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biological macromolecules [1, 2]. PDB has a 25 year history of service to a global community of researchers, educators, and students in a variety of scientific disciplines [3].
