You don't need to find a “3DS XL” charger specifically. Starting with the DSi, all DS models use the same charger, so you could use a DSi charger, a non-XL 3DS charger, a 2DS charger, a DSi XL charger, etc… Just make sure it isn't for the original DS or DS lite and you should be good.
