*Original information: OPI Nail Polish boasts about not having the toxic trio (toluene, formaldehyde, and DPB) but, it has other ingredients that aren't the greatest: camphor, which can cause nausea and dizziness if inhaled, and Benzophenone 1, which may negatively affect the endocrine system.

OPI GelColor: Fake bottles seem to be slightly shorter when compared to genuine bottles. Genuine bottles have a finely ribbed base. Many fakes have no ribbed base or the ribbed texture is chunkier (see above photo)

OPI is a leader in nail polish brands. It's more expensive than other brands because of the quality of the polish. I like OPI polishes however, my go to brand of nail polishes is Zoya. You get what you pay for and I believe OPI is one of the best nail polishes that's comapred to China Glaze and Essie.

Is OPI Gel Polish LED or UV? Can you use OPI gel colour with a UV light? Whether you have a UV or LED lamp, OPI GELCOLOR can be cured under both. However, an LED lamp will cure the formula much quicker than a UV lamp, and as it doesn't use UV light, it's much kinder to the skin.
