Stick to the low ground and fire charged beam shots directly at the SA-X to destroy it. Your beam must be fully charged to damage it. As it approaches, Space Jump over the SA-X to the other side of the floor while charging your beam, and release the shot when you land.

SECTOR 2 (TRO) After going to the room with the broken door and a huge stone next to the door, bomb it. You should go through the floor and land in a room with 2 corridors. You are on the top and SA-X is on the bottom. Wait for it to leave, then follow suit.

A secret conversation can be witnessed in Metroid Fusion. To hear it, Samus must perform a difficult series of Shinesparks in Sector 4 after she has opened Level 4 security doors, but before she obtains the Diffusion Missiles.
