General admission is always free.

2 hours minimum, but you could spend all day if you get food or just want to sit in the magnificent atrium and watch the world go by. Also it depends on how much you read descriptions on the walls or via Internet. We sometimes go for just an hour and pick a few galleries, but we live here so can go back many times.

Admission to the entire museum is free every Sunday for Cleveland and East Cleveland residents as part of the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Community Days. The Visitor Hall is a community space to visit free of charge.

Parking fees for the museum's garage may be paid in advance during the ticket reservation process. Visitors can also pay on-site at the garage entrance using a credit card. The museum highly recommends paying parking fees in advance.
