Dec 16, 2020 · Unfortunately, a JP 3DS only has one language. So the solution is to either 1: Learn Japanese or 2: Get a 3DS that supports your language.

Dec 28, 2011 · You cant change it, and also, you cannot transfer data between a Japanese 3DS and a English 3DS. Gamestop CANNOT do that either.
