ATOS Q is designed as a flexible 3D scanner for complex measurement and inspection tasks in different industries. Interchangeable lenses ensure high-precision measurements of small to medium-sized parts. Changing from the smallest to the largest measuring volume is easy thanks to the fixed camera position.

One series, two versions. ATOS Q is available in the 12M and 8M versions. The sensors capture up to 2 × 12 million or 2 × 8 million coordinate points per scan. It has five different, interchangeable measuring volumes from 100 x 70 mm² to 500 x 370 mm².

ATOS 3D scanners are high-resolution optical digitizers, delivering three-dimensional measuring data quickly and precisely. ATOS was developed with advanced hardware and intelligent software for repeatable and precise measurements.

The Zeiss ATOS GOM Q 3D scanner is designed for high-precision metrology applications. It is a non-contact blue-light measuring system that uses high-speed fringe projection to capture data at a high resolution and accuracy up to 12 million points per scan.
