Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) is a round-based, 5v5 tactical FPS with an Attackers vs. Defenders setup and no respawns, meaning if a player is eliminated they will not respawn until the next round. The game is available to download from the STEAM Games Client.

Most CS2 pros play with either 400 or 800 DPI. The combined sensitivity of your DPI and your CS2 mouse sensitivity is known as eDPI. To work out your CS2 eDPI, multiply your mouse DPI by your CS2 sensitivity. For example, 800 DPI and 0.9 sensitivity would equal an eDPI of 720.

Best CS2 resolution and aspect ratio For the average Counter-Strike 2 player, we'd recommend you start at 1920x1080 resolution (or whatever is the native resolution of your monitor), and 16:9 aspect ratio.

You can check the CS2 leaderboard to see your CS Rating number, highlighted in blue, and to the left your Rank shows how close you are to the top of the board. The %Rank value on the right tells you how you compare to the rest of the player pool - if your %Rank is 40, you're in the top 40% of players, for example.
